The Serenity Difference

Serenity Pediatrics was founded in 2017 with the mission to provide high-quality, evidence based pediatric medical care to patients from all walks of life. Our serenity Pediatrics team puts our full attention, compassion, and quality care into our patients. We cherish our relationship with our patients and strive to attend to their physical, social, and emotional needs. We provide the highest quality healthcare based on our clinical experience, judgment, science, and evidence-based medicine.

In keeping with our mission and commitment to provide the highest quality of care, serenity Pediatrics has chosen to make several differences in the way that we provide healthcare that differ from a “standard office.”

We Believe the “Serenity Difference” is Highlighted by the Following:

Longer appointments and increased time spent with Serenity Pediatrics providers

Longer Appointments and Increased Time Spent With Serenity Pediatrics Providers

We schedule fewer Patients per hour than the industry standard, meaning more quality face to face time with our clinicians. This allows us to build meaningful relationships with our Patients and families. By allocating more time per visit, we can ensure a more comprehensive evaluation of each child’s health, including addressing complex issues that require detailed discussion. This approach not only allows for a deeper understanding of each child’s health & wellness but also fosters a stronger patient-provider relationship, enhancing trust and communication. Additionally, longer appointments can contribute to more accurate diagnoses and personalized treatment plans, ultimately leading to better health outcomes and patient satisfaction. This model underscores a commitment to patient-centered care, emphasizing the importance of thorough, unhurried medical consultations.

Clinical support team of Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN’s)

Our clinicians are supported by Pediatric Registered Nurses (RN’s) with
4-year college degrees and required Pediatric experience compared to the industry standard of medical assistants who undergo a 6 month certification. This translates into more experienced, competent clinical staff that are providing direct patient care and attending to patient’s needs.

Full-service, in-house laboratory and phlebotomy

Full-service, in-house laboratory and phlebotomy

We maintain a full service lab in-house, which allows our clinicians to get testing results quicker and manage patients effectively. In addition, our experienced RN’s provide the majority of our phlebotomy in house, so patients rarely have to make a trip to a hospital laboratory.
