Our office accepts many different insurance plans. The insurances we currently accept are listed below. Please call our office if you would like to confirm our office’s participation with your plan.

Serenity Pediatrics encourages you to contact your insurance company or review your individual policy so that you know what your insurance covers prior to your appointment. The following list of laboratory or testing procedures (but not limited to) may not be covered or may have a deductible, co-insurance, or co-pay applied:

CBC, Rapid Strep Testing, Rapid Influenza Testing, Urinalysis, Rapid Mono Testing, Lead Testing, Rapid RSV Testing, Hearing Screening, Vision Screening, Developmental Screening, Emotional/Depression Screenings. There may be additional labs or testing procedures that are not covered but these are the most commonly performed items.

Effective October 1, 2024, our office will be in network with the following insurance plans:

Aetna, Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Michigan, Blue Care Network, Cigna, HAP, Priority Health, United Health Care Commercial, and Molina (for previously established patients with Molina ONLY*). *Please note if you are a currently established family with Molina insurance, we cannot accept newborn patients or any other siblings unless they are covered by one of our accepted insurance plans. If you have been a currently established patient and are now switching to Molina, we cannot accept this insurance plan.

Time of Service Fee Schedule

Time of Service Fee Schedule

Serenity Pediatrics offers a Time of Service (TOS) fee schedule for patients who wish to pay cash/credit on the day of service in place of billing insurance. Patients may choose TOS pricing if they have a high deductible or if they know that there is a test or procedure that their insurance will not cover.

TOS pricing also includes laboratory testing and procedures as recommended by the clinician for office visits and well visits and immunization pricing which includes administration. Serenity Pediatrics offers standard payment options for the balance if opting to bill through insurance. Prices are subject to change.

Serenity Pediatrics follows a standardized billing process. The billing process begins prior to a patient’s appointment where insurance & credit card information is collected & verified.
