Dedicated Pediatric Nurse Line

Serenity Pediatrics has a dedicated, pediatric-trained Registered Nurse (RN) available on-site to triage patient telephone calls and patient portal messages during office hours. Please note that the line is not intended to diagnose or treat illnesses and does replace the need for an appointment with a provider when needed.

For non-urgent questions, our RN will return your call within 24-48 business hours. As parents ourselves, we know how hard it is when your child is sick. Our RN’s always strive to get to every patient phone call as soon as possible to offer reassurance and guidance.

If your child is experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 and seek emergency assistance.

In addition to triaging patient concerns, our dedicated nurse line can also be used to help process prescription refills, request paperwork such as sports physicals or health appraisals, and assist you with any other general questions or concerns regarding your child.
