Very very disappointed with the way my daughter’s care was handled! Beautiful office, horrible care. Brought my daughter in a few weeks ago for a serious health issue and she was prescribed antibiotics. The dr wanted to request her hospital visit records, and order another exam for her! I called back for 3 days and no follow up from the doctor was done until a call back on the forth day!! Totally unacceptable‼️
I am changing her pediatrician and I’ll never deal with this place again. Very disappointed and frustrated that a professional didn’t uphold to their commitment to patient care.

We love Serenity Pediatrics! My child is 10 months old and he had his first ear infection this last week. Serenity was able to get us in fast, see us fast, get his antibiotics sent to the pharmacy fast, and he is feeling an acting much more like himself. Thank you, Dr. Folcik!!

Serenity Pediatrics is an amazing experience all around – always! The whole team is so sweet and they clearly all know what they are doing! Not to talk about the interior design! A beautiful fish tank in the waiting room and every room tells a story – Disney, Superheroes, Alice in Wonderland… While waiting for the nurse and doctor you don’t get bored. You and your child can enjoy all the fun interior details of the room. Highly recommend Serenity Pediatrics! M

I absolutely love Serenity Pediatrics, and Dr. Hannan Alsahlani is the reason why. She has been our pediatrician for both of my daughters, and she is everything you could hope for in a doctor.

She is brilliant, kind, patient, and incredibly empathetic. She doesn’t just treat my children—she truly cares about them and about us as a family. She always takes the time to explain things, answer questions, and make sure we feel confident and supported.

In moments when you’re worried as a parent, having someone like Dr. Alsahlani in your corner makes all the difference. I trust her completely and feel so lucky to have found her. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. A. and her staff.

Unfortunately, our experience at this pediatric office was disappointing. We felt that the focus was more on billing and profit than on patient care. Appointments felt rushed, concerns weren’t fully addressed, and there was little sense of individualized attention for our child.

As parents, we expect a pediatric practice to prioritize children’s health, listening to concerns, and partnering with families — and that was lacking here. Clear communication and compassionate care are essential, and we left feeling unheard and frustrated.

We hope this practice takes patient feedback seriously and shifts its focus back to what should matter most: the well-being of the children they serve.

For more than 20 years, Serenity Pediatrics has cared for my children, and every experience has been positive. Our pediatrician, Dr. Alsahlani, and her team are warm, nurturing, and always there when we need them. You can feel the genuine love and concern they have for their patients. Serenity was recommended to us by an occupational therapist! While they have been good with my oldest . . . They have been incredible with our premature infant who spent some time in the NICU! Dr. A has gone way above and beyond and was such a blessing to our journey!! We highly recommend Serenity Pediatrics!

We just had our son this last Friday 1/16 and I was worried about not getting an appointment on Monday due to mlk day for his first wellness visit. I called that morning and within an hour and a half we were warmly welcomed to the office. From before even walking in the doors or meeting the staff, my husband and I had a great feeling as we are huge Disney people( already have baby’s first trip planned kind Disney adults) and the decor throughout the practice is Disney.

Now for the front desk, before we could even say hello, they greeted us and check in prior online was so smooth. Love that there is a separate area for newborns to sit safely.

The appointment was fantastic with the nursing staff as well as Dr Emily T.

As weird as it may sound, we are looking forward to his 2 week check up and the other pre booked appointments. We’re glad to become a part of the Serenity family – the Mendez family

The first impression was good, and the staff are generally friendly. However, the doctors change frequently, and even with an appointment, we often have to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour. It doesn’t seem like a good system for families with young babies.
