Information Systems Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
Ensures enterprise system integration and hardware/software lifecycle management to ensure the security, scalability and reliability for all technical platforms. Identify and evaluate potential risks before the project begins and then avoid risk or at least minimize their impact. Support short and long-term operational/strategic development activities through analysis by providing maintenance reports, system validation reports, decommission plans as well as weekly/monthly reports of Process/System. Identify opportunities for IT to better support the business and promote IT as a trusted delivery partner. Oversee provision of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services. Represent IT team, data analysis and informatics needs on inter-departmental project teams to improve organizational quality. Perform detailed analysis on claims, care management, billing & clinical data in the database using complex SQL queries to finalize the field mapping for the data extracts. Create a clear and concise activity & resource/project plan to both execute the project and monitor its progress. Train organization and new team members on electronic health records application like EPIC & eClinical Work. Maintain and monitor practice HIPAA compliance and policies. Will supervise 3 employees. Work with EPIC Resolute, EPIC Bridges, eClinical, FACETS, HL7 (V2 & CDA), X12, NCPDP, FHIR, ASTM, SQL Server, SSIS, Chronicles, Balsamiq, Visio, Pencil, iRise, Azure, TFS, Quality Control, JIRA, C/C++ and .NET. Work site: Will work primarily at 71 E. Long Lake Road, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304 but will be occasionally required to work at our office located at 16000 Southfield, Road, Allen Park, MI 48101.
